Lovestjärna Consulting helps companies move faster on the operational side of digital — where strategy meets the systems that actually run on Monday morning. The work is driven by a long habit of digital innovation: finding what's possible with new technology, then building it so it holds up in production. Three decades of building things that ship, across industries from print to global luxury retail.

02 — How I Work

Five things that shape the work.

i.

Pushing on what's possible.

Most of what I've built started with "what if we could…" — and ended as something running in production. New technology only matters when it solves a real problem at a real scale.

ii.

Built to run, not just to pitch.

Some projects need a pitch deck, some need a senior advisor in the room, some need hands on the keyboard. I work in all three modes — and they share one rule: what gets built has to keep running after I'm gone.

iii.

Mockups that work where it matters.

When I design something digital, I build it. Working prototypes you can click through, test and ship — not static images for someone else to translate. AI makes that loop short enough to be useful in the room.

iv.

Marketing side and developer side.

Most projects fail in translation between the two. I know both well enough to spot the friction early — which means meetings get shorter and decisions get cleaner.

Every project should be worth being proud of.

There's an entrepreneur in this work — and a builder. Templates and shortcuts are fine for someone else's brand. Mine carry my name — and so should yours.

A background rooted in the print industry — and the digital revolution that rewrote it. From hands-on prepress, graphic design and art direction, through web, e-commerce and apps, into the AI shift happening now. A 3D printer in the workshop, because curiosity doesn't retire. Based in Sweden. Working globally.
